Has been 5 years (!) since this blog started in eBloggy. Have been waiting for this day in order to migrate to blogspot. Panicstakingly copied every entry to blogspot since September 08. Perharps blogspot domain will be safer than eBloggy?

Why do I continue to blog? Probably it's the same reason why this is started, I don't want to forget...

Not Overreacting

A $15 laborious creation.

Brighten Us Up

Marina Barrage! First visit! Wanting to see what's there! But always a lukewarm response until we organise a Christmas exchange, picnic and Yew Lun's birthday celebration.



Our presents.

Prior to this Christmas exchange, Wan Ee assists in assigning who is buying for who as we text her a random number from 1 to 8. So the list goes like:

1. Wei Sheng
2. Wan Ee
3. Feng Ling
4. Yan Ling
5. Jackson
6. Bao Zhen
7. Me
8. Yew Lun

Number 1 will get an item for number 2, number 2 for number 3 etc...

The name list actually looks effective and fair, I like it, because the each of us is buying for someone we didn't really know that well.

Although only Wan Ee will know if it's fair.

Remained here most of the time.

Everyone brought their own share of food, while I only gotten 5 packets of bee hoon when there were 9 of us, thought there will surely be wastage. Will take note in future, sorry!

Sighted crows "trying" to attack passerby when someone pass by their territory. Spotted a crow on the ground, injured? Looked like trash if couldn't differentiate with the dried leaves.

Very horrifying sight, yet a photographer was waiting outside of the territory and taking snapshots of what's happening.

Not totally humanly to call for, but I guess that's also one of a photographer's nature, to portray reality as undisturbed as it's.

Stood Up

Stood up not by only one, but two on last Sunday! They couldn't wake up...

Initially dampen our moods, but the best revenge is by simply enjoying the outing.

Teeth Sinking Into Heart

Guitar instructor at the Community Centre revealed to us that he do busking at Boat Quay / Clarke Quay area.

The jokes he tells aren't funny.

But I believe there should be much to learn from him.

Excessive Shelter

Has been a year since I worked, still feel like the person I'm a year before.

Slowly but surely, my perspectives on life are changing. I do hope I'm growing to a better person and one day I could use this quote, "It's not what I have done but what I can do."
